Welcome to Department of Electronics Engineering,

I feel honoured in introducing my department's profile to everyone. Our vision is to become an Electronics Engineering program of the first choice by the aspiring students by implementing world class education practices. With due perseverance we are marching towards our vision. We always aim at demonstrating technical competency by applying knowledge to solve problems related to engineering issues. Electronics Engineering was established in 1986 to offer both graduate and post graduate programs and at present it runs programs of Diploma (Industrial Electronics), B. Tech. (Electronics) and M. Tech (Electronics). Since its inception till date we have produced many capable and eminent Engineers who have laid their roots in various fields across the globe. We strongly believe and aspire for carrying our legacy ahead in the near and far future.

The Electronics Engineering Department is recognized as Ph.D. research centre for the schemes like AICTE's National Doctoral Fellowship Scheme, Govt. of India's Quality Improvement Program and Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

The Electronics Engineering Department has well qualified faculty, having expertise in various Electronics Engineering streams. Faculty also hold the additional positions of responsibilities at department level and institute level. Our department has organised various technical guest sessions. that motivates our students to participate in various co-curricular activities.

We at the Electronics Engineering Dept, have developed products using Engineering approach that will help in eradicating various problems related to health and hygiene.. Patents have been filed for the same.

I express my gratitude and thanks to all the faculty members and staff for their sustained efforts and coordination in beating the challenges and achieving the growth in our department.  I am sure that we will continue to grow.
